About Me
Meet Adi Levhar a mother of two, developmental instructor, and pediatric
sleep consultant. My journey as a parent was a roller-coaster ride, and I
realized through talking with other new moms that I was not alone in
feeling unprepared after my baby was born. We all never received the
“manual” from the hospital. This is why I am here to share my expertise
