Our Workshops
During the first few months of our baby’s life, we often face challenges like excessive
cry and poor sleep. It can be overwhelming to make the right choices for our babies,
and we may feel exhausted or discouraged. That’s where our Guided Developmental
Workshops come in – we provide you with a toolbox of practical knowledge that you can
easily apply at home to raise your baby with parental confidence.
In our interactive sessions, you will be provided with valuable knowledge including baby wearing and carrying positions, Tummy time, Daily routine and many more. You will learn what is expected at each developmental stage and how to observe your baby’s movement patterns in order to promote quality motor development throughout play. We will discuss how to optimize your baby’s sleep potential so can have restful nights.
Not only will you gain priceless knowledge, you’ll also have the opportunity to connect with other parents like yourself in an open, non-judgmental space.

Private Session
During a Private Session, we focus on whatever YOU need. We’ll discuss any
difficulties you’re facing with and work on a full solution. It may be about calming your
baby, poor sleep, developmental issues or you just need a moment for yourself to drink
your coffee while it’s still hot.
We have the option to meet either at my studio or at your place, I’ll bring equipment for an hour and a half at a time that works best for you.
